Michael Schwarz is a founding partner of SFI-Beratung GmbH Unternehmens- & Personalberatung. He gained his 15 year of management and leadership experience in various international consumer goods companies as well as medium-sized machinery companies as Human Resources Director. Most recently he was a member of the Executive Board of the Pepsico Germany GmbH. After that he succesfully established as Chief Executive an international consulting firm in 'Germany' and served as a consultant for small businesses in the technology, services and consumer goods area.
Part-time, he worked for many years in the internal and external career counseling and coaching, which is now the basis of his performance-based insider knowledge to the creation of influence and career success and a sought-after partner and coach for middle managers and top executives. The decision-makers appreciate his business expertise and reflection.

As an experienced CFO, Finance Director and Managing Director of CPG companies and logistics/shipping companies he has gathered his longstanding expertise in owner-operated, affiliated, multinational and private equity ventures.
Previously, he held senior financial positions at Procter & Gamble Europe. He can draw on a wide range of international and consulting experience in responsible positions. Strategic Management, M & A / Controlling, post merger integration and the topic of restructuring and change management are his areas of expertise. Given his practical experience, he is a guest lecturer at universities and colleges.
